Leadership
Adalberto Fernández
Adalberto Fernández is Chief Executive Officer of Suburbia LLC and currently serves as Contracts & Procurement Manager for a major renewable energy developer. With a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, he brings over 24 years of experience across power generation, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, EPC construction, and real estate development. His leadership background spans international sales, business development, project management, and P&L ownership. Adalberto’s expertise in contract negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and capital project execution will be key to scaling operations and ensuring financial discipline across investments. His multifaceted experience supports strategic oversight and long-term project success.
Carlos J. López
Carlos J. López serves as Chief Development Officer, bringing a strong foundation in real estate finance, development, and execution. He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Finance, and began his institutional career as a Valuations Analyst at Anchor Health Properties, where he focused on underwriting and market analysis for over two years. Carlos is currently engaged in renewable energy project development, expanding his expertise into infrastructure and sustainability. He also brings a proven track record in residential real estate, with over $20 million in closed transactions. His hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and renovations positions him to lead development strategy, drive project value, and ensure successful execution from concept to close.
